Frequently asked questions
Do the shareholders lose control?
It depends on the model. In a mandate-based turnaround, the CRO works under contractually defined powers and control stays with the shareholders. When Kingwood acquires the company, management becomes ours and the shareholders step out of the business.
How long does a turnaround take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the company. The timeline is set in the diagnosis, with monthly targets.
What if the company cannot be saved?
We run an orderly liquidation, paying creditors from asset sales.
