We take over distressed companies and unlock the value trapped inside.
We take control of companies of every size, assets and liabilities included. If the business has a future, we turn it around and restructure its debt. If it does not, we sell the assets in an orderly way and pay the creditors. Either way, the shareholders step out of the line of fire.

One acquisition, two exits. In both, creditors get paid.
We buy the company
Equity, assets and liabilities move into an SPV. We take over management and litigation.
We restructure
Operational turnaround and debt restructuring. Once the company is healthy, we sell our stake at exit.
We liquidate
Orderly sale of real estate, machinery, inventory, brands and equity stakes to pay creditors and realize value.
Our solutions
Five core strategies that put our approach into practice, supported by complementary credit solutions.
- 01Distressed Company AcquisitionsWe acquire control, assets and liabilities included, through an SPV, take over litigation management and release shareholders from enforcement actions.
- 02TurnaroundInterim management and CRO, weekly cash control, cost reduction and operational repositioning.
- 03Debt RestructuringLiability mapping, creditor negotiations, maturity extensions and out-of-court plans, without the exposure of a court process.
- 04Asset LiquidationOrderly sale of real estate, machinery, inventory, brands and equity stakes, by private sale or auction, to pay creditors.
- 05Shareholder DisputesAcquisition and management of disputes between shareholders: buyout claims, contested stakes and corporate arbitrations.
One SPV for every deal.
Every company, portfolio or dispute we acquire sits in its own special purpose vehicle, with segregated accounts and reporting to creditors and co-investors.
See our vehiclesEvery company in distress holds value. Our job is to unlock it.
We buy the companies traditional investors avoid: groups with more liabilities than cash, shareholders facing enforcement actions, idle assets and creditors with no prospect of being paid.
After closing, the decision is technical. If the business has a future, we step into management and restructure the debt. If it does not, we liquidate the estate methodically, selling each asset for the best price we can achieve.
We always operate through special purpose vehicles, with governance, reporting and one simple rule: creditors are paid before any other interest.
How a deal works
- I
Confidential conversation
You present the company and where it stands. We sign an NDA at first contact.
- II
Due diligence
Operational, financial, legal and asset review, reported by legal entity and by type of liability.
- III
Term sheet and closing
Price, assumption of liabilities and payment waterfall. At signing, the equity moves into the SPV.
- IV
Restructure or liquidate
Turnaround and renegotiation, or an orderly sale of assets, always with reporting to creditors.
